Matt Hass is a Reserve Specialist as designated nationally by the Community Association Institute, veteran building inspector, and licensed home inspector. Matt is a graduate of DeVry’s University’s Keller Graduate School of Management with a Master’s Degree in Project Management. Matt is also a graduate of Southern Illinois University with both a Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Careers, and an Associate’s Degree in Architectural Technology. Prior to joining Waldman Engineering Matt was a Property Condition Assessment and Physical Needs Assessment Specialist with a large engineering firm where he traveled extensively throughout the United States inspecting a wide variety of commercial properties. Matt has performed hundreds of assessments on various property types such as; Mid and High-rise Apartments, Public Housing Communities, Townhouse and Condominium Communities, Senior Living Communities, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Warehouse Facilities, Restaurants, Retail Stores, Office Complexes, and Industrial Complexes. Prior to joining Waldman Engineering full time Matt also served as a consultant to Waldman Engineering performing Reserve Studies, Transition Studies, and Property Condition Assessments. Matt’s areas of expertise at Waldman Engineering are in performing Reserve Studies, Transition Studies, Property Condition Assessments, and Project Management.
